I’m Tash, aka Pirate Baker: a Patisserie Chef working within the Film&TV and entertainment industry, based in Walthamstow, East London.

You can find me working behind the scenes with cast, crew, and Production on Film and TV sets as well as backstage at Music events and Band Tours; where you can expect a selection of desserts, cakes, pastries, and dishes that will fill you with excitement, intrigue, and even nostalgia.

My culinary journey began as a little girl, always wanting to help my Mum, Auntie, and Grandma with whatever they were cooking up!

A career in Fashion and a C-Change later, I retrained as a Patisserie Chef in a Michelin Star Kitchen, whilst attending Westminster Kingsway College; earning a Professional Patisserie Scholarship. Working in the kitchens of some of London’s top restaurants, as well as eating my way across continents, I’ve taken my experience and influences and invite you to join me on a journey of the epicurean kind.

Together with freelance work,I work as a Home economist for film and TV, where I will create dishes to suit the production, from contemporary scenes to Fantasy.
